About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who enjoys helping people and solving problems. In this role, you’ll support Nuvē users by answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure the product experience stays smooth and helpful.
What you’ll do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our users and product team.
You will:
Respond to customer questions and technical issues
Guide users through product features and workflows
Identify recurring problems and report them to the product team
Help improve support documentation and FAQs
Ensure users feel supported and heard
What we’re looking for
You likely have:
4+ years of experience in customer support or user success
Strong written communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Experience working with support platforms or help desks
Nice to have
While not required, these experiences would be a plus:
Experience supporting SaaS or digital products
Interest in skincare or wellness products
